What if every place you applied, you had an internal referral?
The people who land jobs often know someone on the inside. I want to be that someone for you. It starts with a 30-minute call with me.
Book a call with meFree. Not a job application. Nothing goes to an employer without your yes.
If you’re a few months in
Plenty of applications. Not many conversations.
The recruiter calls come and go. The rejections come from no one in particular. You still have some say in what you take next, but every month it feels like a little less.
I know, because I’ve been there. Five weeks. Six rounds. Then “not quite the right fit.”
244
applications for the average job, more than double 2022.
Greenhouse Benchmark Report, March 2026.
Over half
of the people I interviewed about their search called it dehumanizing or hurtful.
My research calls, October 2026.
Nearly 2 in 3
got no feedback at all, or only a form letter.
Same calls.
It isn’t you. A person skimming 244 applications can’t see what you’d actually be good at.
What I’ve learned so far
Again and again, the job came through someone they knew.
Nearly half the people I interviewed said knowing someone, or already being inside, is what decided it. One person sent about fifty cold applications and barely heard back. Five companies they reached through people they knew turned into four offers.
A referral works because someone who’s seen your work tells the hiring team you’re real, you’re interested and you’re good. Most people don’t have that at the companies they want. That’s what I’m building.
How it works
Here’s how it works today.
Today
1. Talk with me
30 minutes
How your search has gone, the problems you want to own next, and what a good week in your next role looks like.
Today
2. See roles that fit
About 10 minutes
Open roles that match what you said, not just your resume, plus close calls and why they missed. Thumb up the ones you like.
Today
3. Get a real conversation
For roles you like
For each role you like, I try to get you in front of the people hiring. Next, I’ll also check with people who’ve worked with you.
Why it’s different
Not another application. Not a recruiter.
| Compared on | Applying cold | A recruiter | Purpose & Co. |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who reads you first | Someone skimming hundreds of applications | A recruiter, screening for one role | Me, for 30 minutes |
| What it’s based on | Your resume and keywords | The job description | The problems you want to solve and how you like to work |
| Who it works for | The company | The company paying the fee | Both sides. No intro without your yes |
| If it’s not a fit | Silence, or a form letter | Depends on the recruiter | I tell you, and why |
| What it costs you | Your evenings | Nothing | Nothing |
My promises
Truth is our product.
If I can’t back something up, I don’t say it. Here’s what that means for you.
It isn’t a job application
Hiring teams can read your one-pager with no name, employers or contact details. They only learn who you are if you say yes to that specific introduction.
I never apply for you
Nothing with your name on it goes to an employer without your yes.
Your words, checked by you
Your one-pager is written from what you said, and you check it before anyone sees it.
Who’s behind this
A resume is bullet points. I help you tell the real story.

I’ve been on both sides: the overloaded hiring manager, trying to find the right person from a couple pieces of paper, and the candidate hearing “not quite the right fit.”
Now I sit with each person and help them tell the story a resume leaves out. Hiring should respect our time and treat everyone like a human.
If you believe what I believe, book a call.
Questions
What people ask before the call.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Job seekers never pay to talk with me.
How fast will this work?
I don’t know, and I won’t pretend to. Some searches take weeks and some take months. What I can promise is you won’t be left wondering: a short email each week on the roles you liked, and a check-in call each month.
Will I talk to an AI agent?
Yes, after we’ve talked. You’ll do two short sessions with an AI interviewer, about 10 to 15 minutes each, on the role you want next and the problems you’ve solved. It can also walk you through an optional 5-minute personality check. You review everything before anyone sees it.
What if nothing fits right now?
I’ll tell you. You’ll see the close calls and why each one missed, and you won’t be pushed toward roles that aren’t right for you.
Do I have to stop applying elsewhere?
No. Keep going with your search. This works alongside it.
What happens on the call?
We talk about your search, what you want next, and what you’d rather leave behind. No forms, no tests.
Thirty minutes. A real person. No application.
Tell me how your search has really been going. Then let’s find the roles where you’d walk in with someone in your corner.
